The pnumen.com website is informational. It does not require an account, does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and does not ask you for personal information. Our hosting provider processes standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to serve the site securely and reliably.

When you email support@pnumen.com, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to respond to you and to improve our products, and we retain support correspondence only as long as it’s useful for those purposes.
Information in our apps
Our apps are designed to be private by default. In general, they process the content you put into them (for example, photos of plants for identification, or household schedules) solely to provide the features you asked for. Where a feature uses third-party AI or weather services to work, we send only what the feature requires, and each app discloses its specific practices — and asks for consent where required — before or at the time you use it. Each app’s App Store listing links to a policy covering that app’s specifics at launch.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not use your content to train advertising profiles.
- We do not collect more than a feature needs to work.
Data retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access to or deletion of your information at any time by emailing support@pnumen.com, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.
Children
Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
